Guest guest Report post Posted April 10, 2010 Dear Shakti Sadhana Group, Namasthe, my name is Suresh Babu, we at home worship Meru Chakra which is made of Pancha Loha, seated on Koorma Peetha. The Bindu Triangle got broke when cleansing the Meru yester, is it a bad omen?? now I have replaced it with a Crystal Meru and continuing the Meru worship. I have a question, can I use the Damaged Meru by getting the broken piece by soldering? or can I replace only the Bindu Triangle with Silver or Gold in place of broken Pancha loha piece. Â If not, as babu seems to havemore than one yantra he can use the other one (if he is authorised to do worship) whil the other on can be deenergised(udwasan) and used as a show piece after repair. Guest guest Report post Posted April 12, 2010 DearSureshbabu Mahamerupooja and upasana should be done after getting Diksha from a guru. I know you might have recieved adise from scholars. If possible get the Gurus opinion. But should not use the broken meru after soldering. Get new one after verifying its originality and continue to perform poojas. Kindly confirm you got Diksha. OMSAKTHI. Mr.sureshbabu is advised to go for new meru on the advise of the guru and cofirm the Meru has been in perfectly made without any scraches or else. Om sakthi. Guest guest Report post Posted April 12, 2010 The situation is very similar to jeernoddhaaranam. First question is: was life installed permanently in the meru as per stipulations? Then, you need to transfer the praanaa to a kalasham or the new meru. If pranapratishtha is being done on a day to day basis, then do udwasanam as suggested by Shri Sanakara Menon and start using the new one. The other questions raised by Sankara Menon are very relevant. Damaged meru cannot be used for puja. As for Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa repairing the idol, he was no different from god; he came from the same source whence Lord Rama and Lord Krishna came. He was an avatara-purusha, not a mere master. The meru was blessed and given to me by Matha Sri Sri Sri Karunamayi (Sri Sri Sri Vijayeshwari Devi). As amma is on her world tour for Hindu Dharma Pracharam I sought the opinion of the group.
