Guest guest Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 hi david - there are some morning mysore classes at www.yogayoga.com - they have 3 studios around town and lots of ashtanga classes to choose from. i go to 7th street yoga - which offers mysore at 430pm - www.seventhstreetyoga.com mike is the teacher at 7th street yoga and i highly recommend him. so depending on your schedule and where you'll be, i'm sure you will find something to fit your needs. if your in town this weekend - david swenson is doing a weekend workshop at the yoga yoga westgate studio.
