Guest guest Posted November 29, 2007 Report Posted November 29, 2007 Someone posted on here uncertainties of going to the Shala opening in Islamorada. I was lucky enough to see Guruji in SF in 2006 . I had just started Ashtanga again and was hesitant to go . Luckily my Love for the practice was strong enough to make me . I remember being in Tolasana at the end barely an inch off the ground straining and Guruji saying UP UP UP to the class . He had also helped me in Chakrasana seeing as how I couldnt seem to roll over my head ! It was great to hear him speaking and to be with the man who has shown a lot of the world Ashtanga . I would go no matter how little you know .You will be fine and you will come away knowing a little more. Quote
