Los Angeles Yoga Retreat - April 16-21

While living in LA for over a decade I was privileged to experience a wide array

of wonderful teachers of many paths.

 

Knowledge of wonderful restaurants, spas and shopping experiences made my

sojourn there even more delicious.

 

Hosting Kundalini based yoga retreats on Salt Spring Island in Canada for the

past five years, I began including an LA retreat, two years ago.

 

I'd like to let you know about a fabulous yogic adventure in Los Angeles April

16-21 where we partake in a Kundalini for sure but also some of the other gems

the City of Angels has to offer.

 

I would like to offer anyone from this group who'd like to join us $100 off the

retreat price.

 

Just a little more info:

Enjoy the beaches and an Italian dinner al fresco when you arrive. We'll start

the next (and each) day with sadhana, then a class (for those not up earlier;-)

at Yoga Groove. After breakfast at the hotel, we'll set out for our excursion of

the day: shopping, hiking or relaxing poolside.

 

Later in the afternoon we'll have second (or 3rd) class with another inspiring

teacher: some other studios visited in the past: Yoga West, Goldenbridge,

Karuna, Black Dog, Bikram (oh yes indeed!) to name a few. We'll visit 5

different studios in all.

 

Later, dinner and an evening meditation and/or spa. You'll sleep well in your

shared or private room OR (and this part is ONLY for this group cuz I know many

of you've done Solstice & can rough it;-) if you'd like to stay in a less

expensive motel room and get a further discount we may be able to arrange that

to help off set the cost.

Kundalini Groups package price: $1450 before April 1st after wards, $1650. This

of course excludes airfare and is for the base hotel price with shared

accommodation. If you want a private room that would be a bit more and if you'd

like to do the motel thing we can chat.

All the exploring and other activities included in this little adventure will

give you a great sense of the LA I know, love and love to share.
