Dear Guru Beant Kaur

This is the fifth time I have tried to post, the computer has just vapourised my

message that many times, so this time I had better be quick!

I like to also try and combine my message with others posts where they are

applicable.

For many years I have been hitting the same bumps and veering off and having a

smash. But this time through the list incident, I had a major insight into

myself. I had explained this in the previous posts that got mysteriously

deleted as I was writing them. So simply, through some research I was finally

able to understand something about myself, and I know this has changed me

forever. I will have to do some work, but I have grasped this particular

personal difficulty and it can never be the same again.

I enjoy this list and read every mail, there are some real gems along the way,

so I will still be here.
