Sat Nam,

Does some one knows the meaning of the mantra Hum, Dum, Har, Har, Har, Har, Hum

Dum?

This mantras comes in the Kriya for the Liver, Colon and Stomach from the manual

Kundalini Yoga for Youth and Joy.

Thank you for your help.

peace

Sat Nam!

In a file took online I've found this note:

*

Hum - creative essence of the person

Dum - pranic essence of the person

Har - creative essence of God

This mantra opens the heart chakra, the centre of compassion.

*

I hope this can help you :-)

Blessings
