Guest guest Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 Greetings! I created a user-friendly KY manual with a difference. During practice and teaching, it can be a distraction to read through copious instructions of this precious and precise technology. This manual is a picture book that relies on easily understandable icons. Comprising 74 kriyas (yoga sets and meditations)it comes with a mini cd featuring important sound tracks for the sets. Packed with great content for long-term lovers/ teachers of Kundalini Yoga and the buoyant novice. KRI-Certified. My son Hari Bhajan was selling the YOGA FANS at Solstice and remaining copies are available through Har Rai Singh in Eugene: harraikhalsa,(541)515-1353. $36 excluding postage, wholesale option also available for your students or studio. Blessings, Pritam Hari Kaur Quote
