Solstice & Menstruation

Satnam ji,

In all the 37 years that I have attended Summer Solstice I have found that

I often get my 'period' at Solstice. Not to worry. There are plenty of toilets and showering facilities

and you can pace yourself if you need to. People are very helpful and understanding.

It may be more of a hastle than being at home....but it is definitly worth not missing Solstice. Who knows.

You may be early. And most of the women are in the same boat as you.
