Guest guest Posted April 9, 2007 Report Posted April 9, 2007 Sat Nam my friends, My daughter and I had attended kundalini yoga classes here Rio Grande Valley of South Texas where we live, about 3 years ago. Due to unrelated circumstances, we stopped attending and returned about 5 months ago both for spiritual and health reasons. We attended our first white tantra yoga workshop in Austin on March 31. I want to say that immediately upon arrival to the location, I felt a completely different energy! I was totally uplifted, and energized! I am already looking forward to next year's workshop! And about the spiritual and health reasons? Well let me just say, that my back is about 95% better, our weights have dropped, everyone at work tells us we " look different " ! " It's the yoga!
