Guru Ravi Kaur MS, RYT, RMT is the owner of Sky of the Heart Yoga Studio and Busy Day Go! Ayurveda Company. A certified Ayurvedic Health Care Educator, Aromatherapist, Massage Doula, and Yoga Alliance Instructor she is trained in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Medicine. She is author of 5 CD’s and the Cookbook Eat With Joy! Her unique expertise comes from her experience as a Chemist, Biologist, Research Scientist, lecturer, healing practitioner, academic teacher, lifelong student of Yoga and Meditation, and as a parent and grandparent.

Sarib Shakti Kaur CYT is a certified Yoga Instructor, a natural healer, and apprentice of Guru Ravi in Ayurvedic treatments. She has used Pancha Karma to treat breast cancer. She is a long time practitioner of Yoga, Meditation, and alternative health care. Sarib Shakti brings her joy of life, big smile and open heart to each moment of The Retreat. Her unique expertise arises from her background in sales and leadership, healing practitioner, and as a parent and grandparent.

Oh I love yoga. So many yoga workshops are available in Texas now such as SKY OF THE HEART YOGA, American Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga. I will love to join one of them.
