Guest guest Report post Posted June 13, 2009 I have this experience ever day. Although to me it feels more like little fish. It happens at different parts of my body and kind of tickles. I have gotten used to it now since my awakening and I just kind of expect it many times during the day. They (the sensations) especially like crawling up my feet and legs; Knees shoulders and arms. It only happens for a few seconds at a time though unless I am meditating. I have even had something happen where it felt there was a sweeping of my ears like a needle just swirling inside. Sometimes it feels like tubes are coming up the bottoms of my feet. It's normal. It is what I experienced first in the very first shaktipat and it still goes on. It feels like little fizzy snakes curling up your legs at times or other parts of the body. Also, little tiny snakes twisting into you eyes. Then there are the big and small pulsations that can happen anywhere on the body. The big one in the stomach area like a huge snake uncurlying or a baby shifting position. That one really makes you sit up and take notice. There is no need for fear and no need for worry, it is K doing her thing. Just relax, be thankful and surrender to whatever she is doing. It always gives me joy and assurance that all is as it should be.. I had another experience... after reading this starseed guide for wanderers, it mentioned something about interdimensional brain surgery. When I went to bed I asked for it and almost immediately I actually felt something hold me down and perform some kind of surgery on my brain. I was afraid to move so I let whatever it was do what it had to do. The procedure lasted a few hours, before I blacked out and had a very long out of body experience. I was greeted by a guide who showed me around a strange place. First I went somewhere that looked similar to earth where I went to heal and download information. Then I went somewhere else, it was similar to a marketplace but they were selling artwork, in this marketplace the artwork could be fully experienced. By the end of the experience I was asked to create my own expression using my heart... It was a very interesting and long experience, but ever since then sometimes I feel stuff move around in my head... Last night I felt a cobweb on my face... To me it feels as if there are electric circits in the side of my face and brain, from the chin up to the temples. I can visualise it as similar to inside a robots head and looking at all the workings moving and lights going on and off. Sometimes its as you describe like on " Stargate " or Star Trek and a small creature is burrowing around under the skin. It feels so real that I often think others can see it while its happening to me. You are not alone, and thanks for bringing up the subject. I've had it for a few weeks now and it is 'just' like a baby moving in the Solar Plexus area. I loved my pregnancies so I find this movement rather comforting. I look upon it as being pregnant and to give birth to myself. My first ever sweep was like giving birth the wrong way round, with the baby working its way up my body. I knew nothing about the locks at the time so I had my mouth open and screamed and panted as I did when really giving birth. The whole process took 20 mins. I wonder now that if I had my tongue locked then maybe the sweep would have gone to the crown instead of 'coming out' at the throat. Maybe next time. My precious little granddaughter has been fighting a staph infection for a couple of months now. We think she is completely over it now, at least we are hope so. I am feeling better with each passing day. The feel of a baby moving in me started back in the fall, I think it was around then...it's been a while. Sometimes it moves up my back aways, but has not moved pass my neck so far. It stays mostly in the solar plexus area, more to the left side, but when it moves up it is in the center. There is pressure with it. It stayed a long time working around my appendix scar area. I guess it will move on up when it is time... for all of us. will have a bunch of baby enlightened ones in his hands. Hehe! He will really have his hands full then with a bunch of enlightened babies or do we come out enlightened adults? Don't mean to scare you chrism. Hehehe! A mother's work is never done. Guest guest Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Hi Julia, I have the eyeball twitching thing going on quite often and the vibrating between my eyebrows, and the lips quivering - (feel like I should be doing a lipstick commercial ha) - also much buzzing inside my mouth but this all feels pretty pleasant. Although sometimes the vibrating between the eyebrows feels intense. A couple years ago I went through what can best be described as bugs crawling all over my body. It lasted through the winter and when spring came it went away. I don't know if that was because I finally after a long winter got more sunshine that that feeling went away. I also get the itches up the spine. I have felt that cool breeze on my face too. Although now it seems to be more at my knees and upper thighs and sometimes on my back. Yes it is nice to hear others talk about it - I remember when the bug crawling feeling was happening to me I was wondering if I had real bugs and actually did something really stupid and put all these chemicals all over my body - you know that lice removal thing thinking I had something - I made everyone check me out thinking that maybe I just couldn't see them! ha Well it didn't work - and of course only the poster child for what NOT to do could do something so stupid! ha I later read that this could happen...this feeling but of course I suppose I should have just asked! So no worries...ripple away and I kinda like that cool breeze feeling. It funny when it happens on my legs it goes right through them like I'm not solid at all! It is a strange feeling ... Although there has been movement in my head and face and there is that buzzing funnel or helmet on my head sometimes... it is somehow not connected with the energy in my body... that is not quite right either , it is hard to express....I will try again...The energy is in my solar plexus and maybe kidneys...it moves up to the throat... while it can sometimes become very slim and narrow and move up via the spinal cord into my head most of the time something happens at my throat and the energy moves back again to the upper back and chest area. Sometimes the energy is very strong in the face and head like in the body but it has come into the face area without travelling through the neck and spine... Yikes it is hard to put in words! Also about the baby moving feeling... I actually think my tummy has changed shape and I look " slightly " pregnant! Guest guest Report post Posted June 14, 2009 Julia, you explained that very well. That is actually the way it is with me too. When the pulsating first begin it was only felt below the solar plexus. In Jan. or Feb. I had experienced three energy sweeps up quickly as far as my throat chakra one night. I open my journal and I was going to just copy/paste the experience, so you could read it, but I guess I must have forgotton to record it there. I did post about it here on the group or somewhere, though. I'll tell it from memory. I was in an altered state and was getting that feeling like I get when I am about to go OBE.(Out of body) I began hearing roaring from inside me in the root chakra area and I felt the slight pressure going up my spine and the electric sensations disfused over my back going up. This felt really really good! Ripples of bliss sensation was going to my heart. My ear was popping a lot through all that and my head was thrown way back off the bed it seemed. The wind was blowing. Anyways, after that the pressure has been mostly staying in the solar plexus area and pulsates just about anytime I set down to rest and always as soon as I lay down to go to sleep. Also, sometimes as I am here reading on the forum. Sometimes it does go back down below the solar plexus and gives a big kick. Like when I was coming home form the Tenn. trip. I was being kicked hard and jerked all over the place. I don't know how James could not have seen that, but it was on the dark side in the car. Hehe! I like the feeling of the mild pulsatings, could be very addicting I think. I cannot think of a better addiction to have though. LOL! Ever since I turned about age 55 my stomach has been growing and growing. I look more than slightly pregnant now. Guest guest Report post Posted June 18, 2009 Julia, I've been getting the same thing for the last couple of years and more specifically when I started meditating. for me it started with the swrilling sensation at my third eye, then moved to my temples, and then all over my face. For me it feels like someone is moving feathers across my face. For the longest time, and before being grounded/balanced with the safties, the electrial currents would move all over my body and would be most appartent on my legs. Any time I would put on long pants, they would stick to my legs as if there was static. I sprayed tonnes of static free spray with no avail. It was only when someone told me it was energy racing through my body that I started to understand it. Funny thing, I get the facial movements the moment I log on to this group...Hmmmmm. A stated, it's part of the process...i kinda like it and is reassuring that I'm in the process. Kundalini does not respond well to alcohol i got married and had a couple drinks and i'm paying for it.Does Kundalini have an effect on your skin? Honestly, I don't quite " get " it all at this point, but I'm sure that I will eventually. In past postings, you referred to tapping into the group's energy. Although I'm new to the group, and have not yet experienced Shaktipat, I am beginning to experience " things " . I say " things " , because I can't explain what's happening! It's a good feeling to be sure, but things are changing for me already. I'm experiencing subtle energy surges and a greater sense of well being. I woke up in the middle of the night last night because " something " was happening. I wasn't scared, but I was definitely a bit disoriented. Is this par for the course at this early stage?
