Kundalini Yoga Introduction

 

 

Hello KY Folks,

 

I just joined the forum and am posting my introduction. I'm quite new to KY-I've

been taking a weekly class at a local studio for about four weeks now. I've

purchased a few books and have even more recently begun a daily

Sadhana. I'm excited about discovering KY and looking forward to learning from

and with you all.
