When I returned to the states, I looked at what was available online and purchased some of the DVDs by raviana. They are quite popular and commercialized on Amazon.com. I became preganat in the last year and have found Kundalini to be such a wonderful practice during my pregnancy. I bought a prenatal Kundalini yoga DVD by Gamur (sp?), an instructor in Los Angeles, and I love it. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of this practice through this online community. Quote
