Hi,

My name is John A, I leave near the coast near Pismo Beach California. I have

been practicing kriya Yoga for nearly 17 years now. I am a member of the Self

Realization Fellowship. I like to read spiritual books. My latest book is

called " Turning the mind into an ally. " It is written by a Budhist. It has a

lot of information how we day dream when we meditate.
