Sat Nam, I am teaching a class to some woman. We have been working on the immune

system. One woman has very bad seasonal allergies.(pollen) Can you suggest a

kriya i could teach to help alleviate her symptoms. Running nose puffy eyes. Sat

I suggest lots of breathing exercises to cleanse the channels.

Also, I think she should try by all means to start jala neti kriya

There's an excellent book by Dr. David Fawley, Neti: Healing Secrets of Yoga and

Ayurveda, where he prsents how to use the neti pot, useful and inspiring.this

Hi Lily,

I use a homeopathic remedy for allergies, perhaps your student would like to try

it in addition to the kriya.

It is called " Outdoor Allergy " by bioallers and it worked like magic for me.

They also have other types like 'grass', trees, etc.

my name is julius a'm unglady to here that, but the only solution to cure such a

disease and if it's a chronical one.

    my advice is to encourage him to stick on praying all his problem will be

healed.thank's alot & am sure he will be rid soon.
