Guest guest Report post Posted March 25, 2009 Thank you for accepting me to this group. I am 53 years young and from Southern Missouri. There are very few classes in this area. A very dear friend from CO introduced me to Yoga in December and I have gained much from it. I wish to learn more and be able to do more. Again, thanks for adding me as a member.
