Guest guest Posted March 6, 2009 Report Posted March 6, 2009 Sat Nam William I teach Kundalini Yoga at Shakti Yoga and Living Arts in Maplewood which is on Springfield Avenue just about ten minutes from many sections of Newark, My class is on Monday nights at 7:45 pm. My friend Trish O'Gorman teaches a 9:30 am class on Friday and an 8:00am class on Saturday mornings. If Maplewood is too far check the IKTA.com website for teachers closer to Elizibeth.
