Guest guest Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 Sat Nam Saruj Kaur, I apologize if you have already received your answer about right and left side of body in relation to brain, but if I understand you correctly, then my answer is: the right side of face and body is often associated with the left side of brain occurring with damage. Also, the speech center is USUALLY on the left. So left sided damage tends to cause right sided body weakness, right facial droop, and inability to speak.
