Dear Sadhak,

I'm forwarding for your information an encouraging and incredible feedback

from a lady who had been attending a few Friday sessions on " Chakra

Meditation for Healing " and how it had healed her addiction to smoking . She

also mentions of how listening to my " Yoga Nidra for Teenagers " daily is

helping her son to calm down. Hope it may be of some interest to you.

To give you a rough idea of how Vibrational Breath Therapy works I attach a

short article on it.

You will be missed so much! But you must do what you must do,

understood. Some solitude and self-counseling maybe? I'd love some of

that. Be well, be happy, we love you. Peace go with you, stay with you

and eventually bring you back into our midst again. Never far from our

hearts, dhyana!

With love,

Valarie

Thank you Guru Rattana for putting your classes online. For me, they

are a blessing. I live quite a distance from any kundalini " classes "

and even if there were, I am socially phobic and probably would be too

fearful to join a class of people who already know each other.

I used to belong to an ashram. One day they had a dinner buffet and I

brought my plate over to a table. I was told that I couldn't sit

there - only special people could sit at that table. I felt that this

contradicted the principles of yoga as I knew them and I didn't go

back to the ashram after that.

Every evening, I look at the menu of classes on-line and see which one

calls me. Today, it is " The stress of anger. "

Dear Fiona,

Social phobic is the problem. You need to know why you have this problem.. You

don't like people because you simply don't like people? People hurt you before?

Why you don't like people? You don't like people because they are troublesome or

stupid? or is it because you have too much expectation on people etc..Are you

aware of own pre-set rules and regulations? Are you griping too hard..etc.. You

need to know and hang your problem in front of you and dig to the seed of the

problem. Tidy up your mind clearly and cleanly then only you can solve your

problem no doubt you need to be brave enough to face it.

Yes we need to have principle but we need to bend the rules sometimes! Running

away from people is not the permanent solution. In the ashram you still meet

people. and when you are told 'only special people could sit at that table' you

feel it is unfair and you choose to leave the ashram. The one told you 'only

special people could sit at that table' may not understand your feeling.. but

you can choose to respect him and sit elsewhere without having to make any

judgement, have a big heart to accommodate the imperfect world against the

perfect principle you have in mind, you are closer to yoga, isn't it?

It is great that you find Guru Rattana online and you can have the comfort of

doing at home. really hope that you can rectify your social phobic. Guru Rattana

reaching out to people and not hiding away from people. You too need to learn to

overcome your social phobic! Lone ranger is a transition process, you still need

to cultivate the ability to mix with people. Each of us have different homework

in our life. when finish our own homework, we can help others. In the completely

still world it is like dead. It is bored. But once you are there, you see the

world in a different perspective and you can come back help others and play in

this colourful world freely and no longer tie to those restrictions. Be there

and come back! People need you!

Regards, Jasmine
