I have been interested in yoga for many years and feel that it is time to focus on that quest, I have followed the principles of martial arts most of my life and understand that a healthy chakra system can redirect our life. They were a big help to me back then and I was given some very interesting inspiration that I have fallen back on many times. I am thankful for the wisdom the shaman offered me.
