i am doing sa ta na ma meditation but i do positive affirmation, and

subliminal affirmation to reprogram my subconcious. My question is: Sa

ta na ma mediation is destroying my positive programing too? or only

bad programing?

You can program ANYTHNG into your subconscious; but Sa Ta Na Ma is your truth;

difference.

It helps to open the Sushumna (as far as I know) and to let the energy flow

better through the Sushumna. The vibration goes directly to the Sushumna.
