Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Posted May 1, 2008 Sat Nam, I wanted to say that I have used the kriyas in this book in thearpy sessions with clients who have been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and they have found them very beneficial. I would say that it is also good if the person is also in some type of thearpy. As a spiritual psychotherapist I use many kundalini yoga teachings as part of my practice.
