Guest guest Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Sat Nam Friends, I recently received a meditation for developing Self Reliance that seems to be part of an article or book entitled, " A Year With the Master " . Has anyone heard of a book with that title - or know of the author? It sounded familiar - but I can't locate it. Blessings. Abinashi Quote

Guest guest Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 You might try info. They published a cd of YB's lectures and meditations over a few years in the early part of this century with that title. Also www.a-healing.com might be a source. Guest guest Posted February 21, 2008 Report Posted February 21, 2008 Sat Nam! The Kundalini Meditation Manual For Intermediate Students has a meditation for Self Reliance. It can be purchased torough Ancient Ways. It's a profound set of 5 exercises that build Self Reliance. I felt the need for that meditation two weeks ago and it hit the spot!
