I am doing a 40 days meditation and would like to start a new one at the same time, doing one in the morning and one in the evening. What would be your advise about this? Does doing 2 meditations in one day change the effect of the meditations? 2. Where can I find the description of Dhrib Drhisti Lochina Karma Kriya?
