how to start doing kundalini yoga

Hi!!! I have not done any kundalini yoga so far. I have a few doubts.

 

Question No:1 Can I concentrate on only one chakra (like for example

starting from the muladhara chakra) for one month and concentrate the

first one + the next chakra for another month like that.

 

 

Question No:2 Can a person do sexual intercourse while he is

practising kundalini yoga.

 

Question No:3 How do we know or what are the typical indications that

kundalini shakthi is active
