Guru Gaitri mantra

Sat nam,

I have just recently come to Kundalini. Could anybody

please advise how to phonetically pronounce the Guru

gaitri mantra - Gubinde etc etc. I would also be

appreciative of any advice on how to meditate on this

mantra..
