hello all

I am really happy to join this group.Earlier i think i get some knowledge about

the yoga but till now i have not received any mail regarding

yaga,meditation..... etc.

 

Always i got no. of massges from this group which is time wasting for me.By

these massage i know yoga is very important but i don't know how.Pl. so me the

way wht will do.

I read thise page and, since I have the book " Relax and Renew " I found

that kriya on it.

 

I've noticed that the the kriya in the book has two exercises more:

after " neck rolls " there are " shoulder stand & plow " and " fish pose "

(then the kriya continues with " side twists " and it's the same as the

webpage).

 

Why is that?

Does it mean that we can add or not " shoulder stand & plow " and " fish

pose " after " neck rolls " ?
