Yes there's a warrior workout set that made warriors have the strength

to hurl a spear through a steel shield, among other skills.

 

It is in Kundalini Yoga for Body Mind and Beyond by Ravi Singh.

 

I don't know if this book is still available but the DVD is available

from Ravi Singh and Ana Brett.
