How to install Tamil font suntommy.ttf ???

Can any one tell me from where I can install suntommy.ttf

I too am eager to read sudharshana Ashtagam but i am not able to view it

 

Pls help me

It is very easy,

You download the tamil fonts from

http://www.ahobilam.com/tamil/tmlfonts.zip

unzip it and install it into your system fonts folder.

 

Installing in Windows:-

Start -> settings -> controlpanel -> fonts (double click) ->

file -> Install New fonts -> choose folder -> select all -> OK

 

Now you can open the message with any one of the mail client

1) Out look express

2) Mozilla thunder bird

3) Netscape communicator

Otherwise you can copy all the text from the mail body and open winword and

paste the text in it.

Now select all the text by ctrl+A

Go to the format -> menu and click the font and choose the font " Suntommy " which

you have installed just now.

Note: In winword the font name might not be seen. Instead there you will see

some tamil text instead of font name try one.

Now the text will change to tamil.
