When it comes to organising Sampradaya functions, especially the ones where we want each participating child, volunteer and spectator to feel special and blessed, the expenses (investment in a true sense) skyrocket.

SriRamayanam function, organised by our Trust is one such function where we make it mandatory to award prizes to EVERY CHILD who has displayed a keen interest in learning SriRamayana, for, such a child is OUR COUNTRY'S TRUE ASSET. We also ensure that we honor every person who has helped us at each stage of the competition. Without their voluntary efforts, nothing would have materialized.

For all these kainkaryams to continue smoothly and successfully, we need ample, generous donations from large-hearted people like you. We want you to encourage us to not think of funds but proceed with all possible kainkaryams. Only without the focus on funds will we be able to completely concentrate on kainkaryams, not on reducing prizes, honorariums and other important expenses.

The expenses related to the function to be held in Chennai on 6th Sept. 2008 has been listed below: Rs.

Prizes to students - 9,500 Honoring Jeeyars,Vidwans - 5,000

Hall rent, Lighting, soundsystem - 10,000

Photography, video - 4,000Travel expenses - 20,000

Food Expenses (anticipated) - 15,000 -Honouring Judges - 4000

Honoring Volunteers - 5000Total - 72500
