Guest guest Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Dear Sirs, I am interested in learning the proper recitation of the pancha sooktams. If you are aware of a recitation class anywhere in the bay area, please kindly point me to the same. Pranams, Suvarna Quote

Guest guest Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 SrI: Dear Sriman Suvarna Tejas Daasa: Besides the not so traditional way of acquainting yourself with the recitations from Tapes by Vedic Pandits , You can visit Hindu Temples in the San Fransisco area ( Livermore ) and learn from Archakaas or those who masterd them thru traditional means .TTD Vedic Pandits have an excellent Tape on Pancha Sooktham . The meanings of the Pancha Sookthams have been covered in ibiblio.org/sripedia archives , Bhakthi archives and Sundara Simham series .You can access them with a google query : Pancha+Sookthams or on the individual sookthams . It will always be good to know the Meanings of Veda Mantrams while one enjoys the recitations with proper swarAs . V.Sadagopan Dear Sir, I completely agree. Please help answer my original question Adiyen Suvarna Tejas Dasan Oppiliappan , malaseen wrote: > > SrI:Dear Smt. SuvaraNa:According to Acharayas, Ladies are not supposed to recite veda mantram.
