CSL of 3rd is Venus l/o 3,8 in 11 in the star of mars l/o 2,9 in 10. Here Rahu is agent for Sun l/o 5th in 11,Mercury l/o 4,7 in 11,Jupiter l/o 1,10 in 11th,Venus l/o 3,8 in 11. These all not favourable for win the lottery ? But till today i have not win a single pany in any lottery whenever i play.It is another matter that i play it very few times in my life.
