1. When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an affliction,

the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and transit

influence of that functional benefic planet.

2. Prediction of unfavorable results can be made due to the significations

ruled by the weak planets even if there are no afflictions in the natal

chart and no planet is badly placed.

3. In case of badly placed utterly weak planets the exact afflictions can

cause severe problems at birth. A case study was presented for the child

reported to be blind at birth where weak Venus was placed in the twelfth

house under the exact affliction of Ketu and after a couple of months of the

birth the Rahu-Ketu axis was stationary at the ascending degree.

4. Transit influences were also explained in the Indian Independence Chart

for the following important incidents in the week ending 25th February,

2007:

(a) More than 5% fall in the stock market index where wealth estimated

more than Rs. 2000m was lost.

(b) 21 people died in a boat mishap.

© 68 people died in a terrorist attack on the Samjhota Express Train.

(d) Sharp conflicts in political parties over SP Govt in the state of UP

and the ruling Central Government.

Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada made an illustrious presentation on the

spiritual aspect of SA astrology discussing the transit significant event of

Moksha (realisation) of Rev. Ramana Maharishi. The presentation included the

birth rectification done through the important events of his life. The

charts of other religious heads; Rev. Pope and Shirdi Sai Baba were also

discussed for drawing comparisons on spiritual aspects of life. The

participants throughly enjoyed the presentation which refreshed the memory

of important SA sutras, as well.

Best wishes,

Hi Professor,

In regards to the first point, if there are two FB dispositors involved,

which sub-period do we focus on? Eg. FB Ju-Ra aspect with Ra in Ar, Ju in

Le, Leo ASC, FBs Mars and Sun are dispositors of the planets involved. There

is also the case where Ju is FM in the above example

|

| The Conference started with a welcome address by Mr. Kumar Jhuraney and

was

| also read to the participants. The Conference opened with discussions on

| World Affairs read with reference to the current transit influences and

the

| charts of US President. The participants shared their experiences and

| discussed applications of the predictive techniques in the horoscopes

| presented by them.

|

|

|

| The following Systems'Approach astrologers participated in the

| deliberations/proceedings of the Conference.

|

| 1. Dr. Jonathan Miller, President, IIPA California Chapter, USA.

| 20. Mr. Vicaas Vansh Sharma, Bangalore, India.

| 21. Mr. Rajesh Hasija, Gurgaon, India

| 22. Mr. , Gurgaon, India.

|

| During the course of discussiions the following important points emerged:

|

| 1. When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an affliction,

| the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and transit

| influence of that functional benefic planet.

|

| 2. Prediction of unfavorable results can be made due to the

significations

| ruled by the weak planets even if there are no afflictions in the natal

| chart and no planet is badly placed.

|

| 3. In case of badly placed utterly weak planets the exact afflictions can

| cause severe problems at birth. A case study was presented for the child

| reported to be blind at birth where weak Venus was placed in the twelfth

| house under the exact affliction of Ketu and after a couple of months of

the

| birth the Rahu-Ketu axis was stationary at the ascending degree.

|

| 4. Transit influences were also explained in the Indian Independence

Chart

| for the following important incidents in the week ending 25th February,

|

|

|

|

|

| Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada made an illustrious presentation on the

| spiritual aspect of SA astrology discussing the transit significant event

of

| Moksha (realisation) of Rev. Ramana Maharishi. The presentation included

the

| birth rectification done through the important events of his life. The

| charts of other religious heads; Rev. Pope and Shirdi Sai Baba were also

Hi Professor,

Ok. So we've got, " When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an

affliction, the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and

transit influence of that functional benefic planet. "

Case 1: Leo Asc, FB Ju in Leo forms a mutual aspect to Rahu in Aries. The

Sun and Mars are dispositors of the planets involved in this affliction of

Jupiter. The first question is, would we be focusing on the sub-period of

the dispositor of the afflictor or the afflicted to see the results of the

affliction? Seen with the transits of course.

Case 2: Cancer Asc, FM Ju and Ra as above. Since they are mutually

afflicting, both the sub-periods of their dispositors tentatively become

important, dependant on the answer to the first question.

Additionally, in the case of a mutual beneficial aspect, would the FB

dispositor see the results of the blessing in its sub-period (transits

considered)?

Best regards,

Vyas Munidas

chart and no planet is badly placed.3. In case of badly placed utterly weak planets the exact afflictions cancause severe problems at birth. A case study was presented for the childreported to be blind at birth where weak Venus was placed in the twelfth

house under the exact affliction of Ketu and after a couple of months of thebirth the Rahu-Ketu axis was stationary at the ascending degree.4. Transit influences were also explained in the Indian Independence Chart

Re: Re: The Third International Conference of SA

Astrologers

| Hi Professor,

|

| Ok. So we've got, " When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of

an

| affliction, the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and

| transit influence of that functional benefic planet.

|

BOTH.

|

| Case 2: Cancer Asc, FM Ju and Ra as above. Since they are mutually

| afflicting, both the sub-periods of their dispositors tentatively become

| important, dependant on the answer to the first question.

SUB PERIODS OF BOTH THE SUN AND MARS.

|

| Additionally, in the case of a mutual beneficial aspect, would the FB

| dispositor see the results of the blessing in its sub-period (transits

| considered)?

|

YES.

|

| Best regards,

|

| Vyas Munidas

|

|| Hi Professor,

||

Re: Re: The Third International Conference of SA

Astrologers

| Hi Professor,

|

| Ok. So we've got, " When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of

an

| affliction, the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and

| transit influence of that functional benefic planet.

|

|

|

|

|

|

|

|

|| Hi Professor,

||
