Dear Dhira Krsna,

 

Interconnection of Ketu, Saturn, Jupiter, 8th house, 9th house and 12th

house can show psychic ability. The involvement of Ketu is prerequisite

here. Aspect of Jupiter on ketu gives good vision. Aspect of Mars on Ketu

should be avoided as it gives ghastly vision. 8th is the house of Occult as

12th is the house of meditation whereas 9th is the house of bhakti. There

are many ways one can attain such psychic power. The source of that power

can be determined through the predominance of different houses in this

combination.

 

The psychic power is attained in all the ways (Karma, Bhakti or Raj yoga

Marga) by awakening the Kundalini. This happens at a initial stage or

awakening of the lower chakras and might be great hinderence to spiritual

progress as one is trapped in the desire of keeping the power for material

benefits. Regular Meditation will awaken the dormant serpent in the spine..
