10. As 7CSL signifies 11 in all 4 horary

charts and 11CSL signifies 7 & 11 in the 1st and 4th horary charts, 11 in

2nd and 3rd horary charts, her wish to marry a person in her mind is supposed to be fulfilled. The 7CSL's simultaneous signification of the

negative 6,12 houses would be another story. The 7CSL's signification of

5th house indicates love marriage in

the horary charts except 3rd one in support of her wish to be fulfilled.

11. Moreover, 1CSL Ra's (same as 7CSL in

this case) signification of 11 make her wish secured to be fulfilled.

12. Almost all DBAS at the time of marriage

(18/08/2008) are found in RPs at the time of judgment of 4 horary charts. (7

level RPs are used not to make oneself fool by casting the horary chart second

time.)

14. The signification of negative

6,12 houses by 7CSL is reflected in the low marks of criterion 10 of KPDP matching 41% only (overall matching 67%) at

the time of last year query (20/07/2007), declining to 33% (overall matching

66%) at the time of marriage (18/08/2008) and present (14/12/2008) as shown in

the attachment II.

Neptune

(Ref: A Review on Effect of Pluto in the KPAF Journal, Jul-Dec 2008)

17. The Pluto is not mentioned at all in the KP Readers and

only the basic knowledge is written about Uranus and Pluto in the KP Reader II as

they do not rule any dasa for the KP analysis. They are not practically applied

with any example chart, except one time

just mentioning of the diseased marriage wife and second marriage for a native having

Neptune on the 7th cusp (KP Reader IV, 1978,

page 182, under the heading "Can't change fate"). It is to note that

it may happen only "if Neptune

is afflicted, …" (KP Reader II, page 340).

18. The connection of Neptune

with 7th cusp within 3° 20' orb does not deny marriage in 19 charts under study.

19. "Neptune

gives imagination and hence it is beneficial to poets, musicians, artists,

painters etc." (KP Reader II, page 336) It has been applied and found

working in the KP analysis of the great Indian musicians. (MK Viswanat, C.

Kiran Kumar) The KP rules are in line with Rex E. Bills's rulership "Venus,

Libra, Taurus, Neptune, 5th house, Leo, Moon"

for musicians.
