Confusion with regards to Rahu influence.

destroying the bad. Although both achieve a similar end, they do it in

very different ways. Which of them happens depends on the nature of the

planet, and the nature of the aspects. (In my case, Rahu conjuct Mars

destroys materialistic tendencies.)

Dear Ajit

 

Rahu in your case is Atmakaraka and hence, the result will be different.

Rahu as atmakaraka make a person highly spiritual and less materialistic

(rather he may get some setbacks in materialisitc life). He is in the house

of Wisdom with Jupiter and Mars. Mars is the lagna and 8th lord and Jupiter

is 9th and 12th lord. Here I would think Jupiter, the dharma sthanadhipati

will help spiritual Rahu in attaining wisdom. Mars will give eneregy for

that and also take the native deeper (8th lord). This may help in uplifting

of the atma(lagna). Though this may not happen under a guidance of a

spiritual guru...

 

Rahu in Ketus nakshatra will again add to spirituality. 3rd from AL have

Venus and Ketu. There is no doubt that you will rise spiritually.
