Dasha is just like season, As season has full effect over you , in the same way dasha has full effect over you, physically, mentally and spiritually. just as in summer our body shrinks and we become somewhat dark and our diet decreases in the same way dasha of planets effects us lot. But according to my experience the mangal dasha doesnot causes black colour, it may cause heat in body, anger red/wheatish colour and much more.. but the placement of planet to be checked before sayying anything. as in june the temperature will be more in punjab an dless in shimla in the same way the situation of planet will also effect a lot. if a planet is seated in lagan or trine, then it has 100% effect during its dasha...
