Now It is clear that we must have 108 (One Mala Jap) at least for any

mantra. Now I think it is more important to know

 

1. How mantra affects us, our environment, mind, body etc. ?

2. Which mantra should I choose to chat ?

3. What is the theory of selection of mantras ?
