2-DM, re...natal planets, dasas and transiting planets vs. internal vs external facets of our lives, Mark K.

Dear DM:

Some very good points you make below.

I just wanted to add one thing,...

I think both one's natal planets and transits, both, are probably indicative of our karmic nature and properties,...but....

the transits, that are coming to us in time, and even the dasas,.... seem more about how we're involved in the world, and learning to see our karmas, coming to us, even through others...

But, the Planets of our natal chart, seem to be the more easy to understand in terms of who we are.... and the dasas and transits,....are more related....

to our particular actions that we've done in the past, and are now, coming back to us....

Though I guess a case could also be made for the fact, that even our charts, are karmiclly linked....

Sincerely,

Mark Kincaid

2-Sabri, re... active planets and sensitive points

I think we tend to look at astrology in terms of " what's going to

happen to us " , and in that context, yes, transiting planets are active

and natal planets are sensitive points. But doesn't it work the other

way around--do we not act upon others?

Thinking about it in terms of other people, the natal planets are how

we act, and the transit planets are the people with whom we interact.

So if Saturn transits your natal Moon, you may feel like the world is

standing on your chest--but when the Moon transits your natal Saturn,

you may be the oppressive force in somebody's life that day. This

seems true in my experience.
