Dear Shekhar,

 

The two kundalis do not match. They match only 12 gunas, which is far

below the required 18.

 

There is a Naadi dosh also.

 

After the bhav-spashtha her saturn and the rahu move to the 7th house

which again is not desirable.

 

I would not suggest that you ahead with this match.
