This charges is to cover download charges which I have to pay, bcoze my downloading limit is 100 MB and we have 1000 members who download the magazine. The size of magazine is nearly 1.5 MB so I charge only to cover this expenses. Actually I never get what I pay each month, bcoze no one is ready to pay single penny, need only in FREE. Some one tried to put out virus in logging page but we know at once and after that I select more security with paying some more money each year. To avoid any bad experience to members. We saw this email when I was lenient on such emails. But then I found it very difficult to decide which to approve and which one not to. Emails like this only gave me the reason to have a strict policy. Now I have presented my views, please no further discussion on it in the forum.
