Ketu, in any house, will give different results depending on many factors. But, generally speaking, you're right that Ketu can indicate deviousness, secrecy, the extraordinary, eccentricity, intrigues and so forth. Another point to note regarding 2nd is it's governance of family...own family as well as created family. Ketu represents mixed caste (or race) and, as we know, Obama's own family (mother/father) is of mixed race. I've tried several times to enter 0007 but it reverts to 2007. Maybe there is a way but I just haven't managed to figure it out? Being in the States, Vic, maybe you could give them a call?
