Sade Sati, overlapping Guru mahadasha, shani antardasha

Dear All,

I want to know whether there will be any specific effects of sade sati

on Guru maha dasha and shani antar dasha.

If shani posited in 7th House and in Mesh(Aries)rashi, Tula(Libra)

lagna, Sun,Mars,Venus & Mercury in 9th in Mithun(Gemini),

Moon,Ketu & Uranus in Twelth in Kanya(Virgo), Jupiter with Pluto in 11th

in Simha(leo),Rahu in 6th in Pisces(Meena),Neptune in 2nd House in

Vrishchik, how will be the effects.

 

My reading indicates that Jupiter in 11th and in Simha(Leo) is

auspisious, also Saturn though debilated being friendly with Jupiter

will not affect the positive results.

Dear Sir,

As sade sati is based on the position of moon with reference to the position of

saturn.it has no relation of it's applicabilty to mahadas of jupiter and saturn

as dasas are indepenedent.

Dear S. Karyakarte,

 

As VR Krishnan already said - the results of a Sade Sati are primarily

to be known by understanding the placement of the moon relative to the

natal moon at the MOMENT that Saturn entered the bhava. Thus there are

three distinct periods in a sade-sati, since Saturn travels through

three bhavas in this transit. The moon's position at the start of each

is crucial. You can google " panoti yoga " to obtain some important

further specific information. James Braha should be creditied with

making this knowledge widely available to westerners.

Dear Mr.V.R.Krishnan,

Thanks for the reply.

I read on the web site of barbera pijan lama, that if Shani maha

dasha or shani bhukti is running and Sade sati is also overlapping

then the results of sade sati are terrible.

Currently I am undergoing sade sati and Guru-Guru maha dasha is

running.

It is getting ended on 7th November and Guru-Shani Mahadasha starts.

So I was thinking. Anyway as per your answer there is nothing to be

worried.

For a balance analysis you must give your birth details. There are

many rules that need to be checked,(the current dasa, is it the 1st,

2nd or the 3rd run of sade sati, the ashtavarga score, the nature of

the house which is occupied by the moon, if saturn is fucntional

benefic for the chart, etc.)

According to Shri BV Raman in " Autobiography Of A Vedic Astrologer " Sani's

dasa/bukti periods don't cause that much trouble during Sade Sati.

 

Of course, results will depend upon how Sani is placed in the birth chart and in

transit.

Moon is in the 12th house along the nodal axis. the Astavarga score

for Virgo is very low (19). Saturn's transit over Virgo will occur

between Sept.2009 to Oct 2011 and this will be a difficult period.

Also The period when Jupiter transits over its point of deep

debilitation (december 2008) and Rahu , Jupiter conjunction in

February 2009 will be difficult periods
