We have performed her marriage in June. It was arranged but our son in law is

known to her.

May I kinow what made you arrive at this conclusion.

 

There is one school of thought which says that Chandra and Sukra combination

brings love marriage.

 

I request you to enlighten me.

Dear Bhaskarji

 

You are right. Though she is an Engineer she is into finance. She is working

as a financial analyst in an American MNC. However she has not invested in

shares directly but through mutual funds.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Of course for the love marriage the combination

of 5th and 7th house/lords is necessary. You have beautifully analysed and put

forth your analysis.You have touched Bhava chart and taken the position of

Guru.from Bhava chart.

 

What is your opinion of Sani in Kanya the 7th house, it being 11 and 12 lord.

 

She is v much inclined to take risk enter into business. Much before

privatisation and globalisation she questioned me why the Railways are not

privatised?

Mars is placed in the 5th in the cuspal chart,

significators, 2 (Family happiness),5th (Love),

and also the 7th (Marriage, got triggered).

 

Hence I assumed that she must have had a Love

marriage. In fact after posting the mail, I

thought immediately, that I

should have written love-cum-arranged marriage,

and tried to stop the message from going away,

but it got posted.

 

Actually the planets do not matter much. They

would only increase or decrease the intensity of

the love and the nature and expression of the same

as per the planets involved, more physical,or more

platonic, or just infatuation, or just mature, or

just intellectual plain love etc.

 

The connection for the Love marriage must

mandatorily involve the 5th house

to be connected to the 7th house, in some way

or the other.

 

Hence the prediction was made.

The above combination would also

give her,what I mentioned in my last

mail - Lots of profits in Share Market

speculations.

Dear Savithri ji

 

I would like share my humble experience. A vargothama planet could be

stronger. But the result the planet is going to give is based on its placement

in a particular star and its owner. But definitely not in a sign. The lord of

the sign has got limited role, but lord of star in which a planet is posited

will give the result of that star lord only. This system is called stellar

system.

In our opinion a retrograde planet in natal chart does not have any specific

negative or positive effect, though Uthara kalamritha says that retrograde

planets are equalent to exaltation.

As the (main) focus here is Parashara, it would be good to recognise/promote

the basic principles as taught in BPHS sutras.

 

As we know, a planet in retrograde motion is considered stronger than

normal. Members can ignore these basic principles and follow their own if

they wish but it would be helpful to, at least, present novice astrologers

with the basic Parashara principles. They are then well enough informed to

make up their own minds...don't you agree?

 

As for the notion that retrograde planets behave as if exalted, it's

important to note whether the retrograde planet is travelling towards it's

degree of exaltation, or away from it. This conversation has been had many

times over on Jyotish-Vidya.

Sama (somewhat increasing in motion as against Manda), Chara (faster than

Sama), and Atichara (entering next sign in accelerated motion). The

Lagna Vargotamma and Lagnesh vargotama should produce similar results?

 

I am June 18, 1986...9 00 pm ..Palakkad in Kerala....

 

I have missed Makara Lagna..but have missed vargotamma for lagna....its

navamsa in Aquarius...

but Lagnesh (Saturn) in scorpio with Navamsa in libra (exalted) and aspected

Lagna....

 

I plan to do Research ...

Research is associated with Saturn and Ketu and I have Ketu in Libra in 10th

with Navamsa in Scorpio....

how to you look at my prospects...

 

I am currently persuing my undergrad at IIT Madras and aspire to do PhD

abroad and work in R & D field....
