I have purchased a house last year, when i was 32 years of age.

i have lost my job in august 2009, i have been told that i should not have

purchased a house until i was 44 years of age, that why i lost ,my job.

 

what can i do now, i have a family to support and am very confused.

 

can i correct this by doing some remedy?

manni ji, the forbiddance for building or purchasing a house when saturn is in

house no 9 is only that it should not be done when the wife of the native is

pregnant.

It is better that you get professional advice, as your chart might need a

rectification (darustee), below mentioned instance shows signs of shani in 10th

rather than 9th, as i have hardly seen people with shani 9 struggling in their

life.

Dear manni,

 

 

 

Saturn is placed in a good house for you and you are born in

scroipo lagna running saturn dasa since 2003.. Saturn dasa indicates profit only

all together.. But plz note the point now saturn transist in 4th house from moon

and now you running Venus buthi till 2010.. Venus being placed in 12th from

lagna and 4th from dasa lord saturn joined with mars will give some mixture of

both good & bad effects... And this has no connection to the purchase of your

new house.. The house is lucky and you will know it in times to come...

Dear Friends,

 

I agree with Kulbir ji. 9th house Saturn will always be good seems too

general a statement. Also from Manni ji's email nowhere it shows that he is

struggling in his life. Buying a house in 32nd year of age seems that he was

doing decently if not extra-ordinarily.

 

Manni ji, coming to your question, as pointed out by Kulbir ji, there is no

harm in buying house due to Saturn in 9th. What has been told to you by the

astrologer seems incorrect. Please do not worry about that.

 

In my opinion, Mercury can be the possible culprit of the problem you are

facing. Mercury in 11th house is generally not good. Saturn's 3rd aspect is

also always malefic. Is recently your sister, bua aur mausi started living

with you? Are you wearing emerald (Panna)? Generally articles related to

Mercury can help you ascertaining nature of Mercury.

 

By the way, did you have stable job earlier? Or job problems are nothing new

to you? Do you change job frequently?

i always admired your LK knowledge but i am not sure why you asked me

sir how come a " bache khane waala saap " in no. 5 harm someone's job??

 

also please read in 1942 ghutka under shani 10 " janam kundli mein khana

number dus ka sanichar mandarja jail saalon mein charo taraf maar karta

hai 3-9-15-21-27-33 " may be that can ansewr your question of why in

33rd year.

 

also as far as i know shani in 5 never harms one's living, and neither

have i seen people with shani 9 suffering a setback after constructing a

house. if anything Pt. ji has described shani 9 as " 60 saal umda " it's

typical of shani 10 to harm one's job if he constructs a house.

 

moreover this person has ketu in6th shani in 9th (lets assume) and

rahu12th, now that makes shani of benefic nature due to rahu ketu's

placement and i doubt that a benefic shani in 9th can bring such

adversities.

i think there is confusion about the year, the house was purchased in 33rd

running year not in 32nd. lalkitab varshphal takes into account running year.

yes jupiter in 7 in natal can provide even a library in house, decent dowry.

moon in varshphal can bestow someone's amanat upon him.

there is yet another intersting thing in this horoscope.

i got confused as to what could be the reason for loss of job and acquiring

personal house. he has sun and mercury in 11. and for that combination it is

the period you have mentioned loss of job (was the 6 months period) when lots of

peoples of sat 9th and sat 10th have lost their jobs, that was due to two reason

 

i) bad placement of saturn in gochar(here in lk segement it is not relevent) but

lal kitab says, greho ka phal hoga insaan, pashu aur parindo pey.........

 

ii) here in your case the saturn has been made melafic by deeds how,

 

this may be due to folowing

well, i am still confused as to since when a " bache khaane waala saap "

became a " naukri khane waale saap " ?? as far as your claims of malefic

saturn in 5 goes (about destroying wealth). i am sure you would know

that in LK wealth and job are 2 completely different things ruled by 2

completely different planets.

 

secondly if we look at the varshphal chart then

ketu-3, saturn-5, jupiter-9 and rahu-11.................... do i need to

say more about whether this shani would be benefic or malefic??

now if we take saturn in 10 in janam kundli, then sun 4 and shani 7 (in

33rd year varshphal chart) will explain the whole situation to you.

 

above all Pt. ji has praised shani 9 in all fields of native's life in

all the editions, he wrote similar things for shani 10 too but at the

same time has warned that shani 10 has tendency to go evil if conjoined

by enemy (sun11).

various other aspects also. please go through the book.

i think there is confusion about the year, the house was purchased in 33rd

running year not in 32nd. lalkitab varshphal takes into account running year.

yes jupiter in 7 in natal can provide even a library in house, decent dowry.

moon in varshphal can bestow someone's amanat upon him.

there is yet another intersting thing in this horoscope.

Because of sun+mercury combination in 9 the birth of daughter becomes a ruling

Thanks for your response. Some how my earlier message has not appeared in the

It would be interesting if we discuss on the issue of judging if a planet is

benefic or malefic to a native (eg., we can continue discussing your kundli that

you have used in " Kundli vivechan topic " ). I have gone through the method

explained by Bhatia ji, but could not succeed in applying it as there were lots

of conditions.

I was looking to move from my job back in march, when i had an interview and got

the offer of the job, due to a very bad reference from my previous emplyer the

offer was withdrawn and my position from the present job was made to senior from

manager.  i was getting bored, really bored, then in mid june a something that

i forgot to do last year( replace a battery in a medical device) was picked up

by a audit person, this then later led to suspension and by end of august i had

to resign.

 

since august 2009, i have been looking for a job, in te mean time i have managed

to start a small company, i have one contract, we are due to start work this

week, but as a family man i need to have a regualr income.

 

the purchase of the was helped by my mum and dad, who gave me some of the money

to put down as deposit.

 

and yes, my maser ji cam in begining of june and left mid August.

various other aspects also. please go through the book.

pt ji didn't place saturn on 9 on any special pedestal, do raangi chal, dos and

donot are prescribed for it like every other planet in other 12houses.

 

i feel sorry that you don't have enough time at your disposal, but then with

Dear Manni ji,

As I mentioned earlier Mercury is the root cause of your problem. Till the

time we understand the root cause, we cannot come up with the solution. In

your birth chart, Mercury is in 11th house. 11th house is influenced by

Jupiter (elderly people) and Saturn (Job, house etc.). If Mercury will be

affected it will in turn affect these two planets. You have seen your job

affected this year. You got the indication through your maser ji visiting

your place at the same time and your trouble started. As you know Mercury

represents maser ji in Indian astrology.

Mercury’s fixed cycle starts from 33rd year of your age and you are in its

influence. On top of that during 34th year, planets from 11th house get the

first house which is called Takht in Lal Kitab and becomes very powerful.

Which means that Mercury will affect Jupiter and Saturn even more badly.

Generally Saturn is friendly to Mercury, but being in the house of Jupiter,

it is not sparing Saturn as well.

In my opinion, you need remedy for Jupiter and Mercury in your chart.

Perform following remedies –

1. Sun is friendly to Mercury and Jupiter and also goes OK with Saturn due

to father-son relationship. So in your case, wearing copper coin around your

neck should work wonderfully. Try it and I am hopeful that it will reduce

your problem to some extent. We cannot always solve problems with remedies,

but yours is a case where remedies do have potential.

If you are wearing any Tabeez, you should remove that.

 

2. Coming to Jupiter, in your case Moon could have supported Jupiter. Moon

in 8th house doesn’t look strong enough to me that can support Jupiter. So

situation is a little tricky here. Some of the ways by which you can give

Moon’s support to Jupiter is by taking bath in rain or wearing silver on

your body. Though I am not very confident of this remedy because of Moon’s

placement. Though no harm in trying, in my opinion.

 

You should perform above two remedies and only after this, perform any

remedy for varshphal as it seems that root cause is there in your birth

chart and not in annual chart.

Dear Pandit Punit ji,

 

Many thanks for your advise, few years back my parents got me to wear a rubyin

gold on my right hand ring finger, also a gold triangle which has a moti, pukraj

and moonga in it, at the bottom of the triangle there is a rud raksh -  is

this ok?

 

My father health is not well and my mother is not well either.

I do not have probles with speaking, I had a operation in my right leg, vericose

veins.

 

Something strange is happening - I lost my job in august, but in at the begiing

of october I had submitted a quotation for a mainetenance contract, on my

birhday the contract was acceped and the work has started, the money is very

little, but a profile for my tiny company can start, but this is no were near

the money i was on before and also cannot support my family. I have been

looking for a job also.

 

What do you advice me job or business , if job when do you think I might get it?
