In case of 21st April case, if it is Venus Dasa that does not sound so well in D-10 that can take him to such heights. Also, in 24th April case, Ma is followed by Ra that is conjunting Ma in D-10 in 11th. But I am extremely happy that You are making the right use of the RP's and this is the way they must be used always. Now I have wasted last two hours on this (Which is why I normally do not look into charts of VIP's) . I have got these Birth details from my records. 24th April 1973 16.21 Bombay. Tenth lord of dashamansha, placed in the seventh house, if such a planet is not capable of taking one high, then which planet would do. Since lagnas do not change, which planet would be considered good in its dasha, 9th lord or 3rd and 8th lord. Then also please check the nakshatra of Venus and also placement of Venus in the 8th house. It has a specific meaning.
