Respected Sir:

 

Am in a kind of frustration kindly suggest the reasons and remidies. Am working

for a medium sized US based software company in Bangalore. At the time of

joining this company people told that they will be taking me to US after

completion of 2 years with the comapny. I have completed 2 years  and As per the

promise my manager requested all my documents to file for H1B visa on January

5th. I have sent all the documents he requested but later on 26th Feb he called

me up and told that this year they dont want to take any one to USA and they

will consider it in next year. Am feeling like that my dreams got spoiled and in

a kind of frustration. The only reason I stayed with this company for 2 years is

thier promise. They are down sizing the company in somany ways and even i am

getting frustrated wether I can protect my job till next year with the company.

Is there any chance that I will get a chance to work in foriegn country in my

life time or not so that

I will keep my moves accordingly. Is there any job loss situations will occur

in 2009? Kindly suggest and help me sir. what is the remedial measure I should

take in order to save my job ? am unable to concentrate on any thing because of

frustration.
