Depressed despite having good family, job

I have a good job, a nice caring husband but still always feel a sense of loss.

Its like I dont have any energy to do anything and feel like just a loser.

Please see if its because of something in my chart or is it something that I

personally need to work on? I was a patient of depression 2-3 years ago and

cured with medications. Now I feel that it is returning again and I am going to

make a total loser out of myself.
