My Dear Professor,

 

 

A friend of mine is closing on a home Feb 14th at 16:00 hours in Des

Moines Iowa. I did not think this such a great time. He asked me for

alternatives within 48 hours of that time.

 

The only half way decent times (9am to 5pm) I could find are:

 

Feb 14th 10:20

Feb 15th 10:20

 

Of the three times above, which is best? I vote for 2/15 at 10:30 as Moon

owner of 4H (real estate, domestic peace and happniess) is exalted in the

2nd house of family and bank account and is also mahadahsa lord. I

thought the strong moon would go a long way to off setting the very close

affliction of Rahu to both Sun and Mars.

Feb 14th 10:20 is the best time. Less affliction to the Sun and the next

main period would be that of the strong Moon.
