This is apparent by the influence (wide) by LO8 on the natal house of the

Moon. The Moon and Mars from a close opp, with Mars in the house of

emotions, read overall, this gives an agressive attitude. We can also note

that LO6 forms a close opposition to the Moon and a wide aspect to Mars,

which also rules executioners. Moreover, there's the close lord of death,

Saturn-Sun aspect; the Sun is general significator of the self. As the

aspects are not exact and the FB planets are strong on all other counts,

things go on progressively, though the nature is there for violence.

for impact of aggressive nature and the Sun or the lord of the second house

for the Chief executive are considered for seeing the impact of violent acts

on the people and on the Chief of the country.

Thank you for the clarification. It is now quite clear that

 

1. the aspect of L8 Saturn, indicator of death, on L2 Sun, indicator

of nation-family (and chief executive), is the key element in

the SAMVA USA chart to explain the high murder rate.

 

2. the afflictons of L6 Jupiter to L1 Moon and placement of L4 Venus

in H6 and affliction of H4 by Ketu and H6 by Rahu contribute to the

aggressive disposition, violence and conflict witnessed in US society.

 

Tragedies of mass murders by one or more perpetrators have been

triggered by the above factors. In the Spring 2007, it was the

transit affliction of L6 Jupiter to both natal and transit L8 Saturn

that resulted in the largest mass murder on a university campus in

the US history.

each other, even to engaging in civil war. It is unfortunate that from

time to time a country's stereotypical behaviour like violence or a

tendency to litigation comes to the fore, but when I look at the chart

of a country I can't help but think of some of the behaviours it is

known for and see if the planetary aspects support same. To me, that is

as relevant as the transit and subperiod indicators supporting events.
